JSON-Utils

API Client

A small HTTP client that runs entirely in your browser. Requests go directly from your browser to the URL you enter; they are never proxied through our servers, which is why some APIs refuse the request under CORS rules. The response viewer shows status, timing, headers, and a formatted body when the response is JSON.

Headers (one per line, Name: value)
Request body
Response body
The response body will appear here
Requests go directly from your browser to the target. They are never proxied, so CORS rules of the target apply.

How to use the API Client

  1. Enter a URL and choose a method.
  2. Add headers or a JSON body if needed.
  3. Press Send and inspect the response below.

Frequently asked questions

Why did my request fail with a CORS error?

The target server did not allow browser requests from this origin. That is the server's policy, and we will not silently proxy around it.

Are my requests logged?

No. The request goes from your browser straight to the target. Nothing passes through json-utils.com.
