JSON Validator
Check whether a document is valid JSON. When it is not, the validator reports the line and column of the first problem. When it is, you get useful statistics: byte size, nesting depth, and key count. For schema based checks, use the JSON Schema Validator instead.

}Frequently asked questions
Which JSON standard is used?
The strict JSON grammar (RFC 8259). Comments, trailing commas, and single quotes are all invalid here; the JSON Repair tool can fix them.
Can it validate against a schema?
Yes, but in the dedicated JSON Schema Validator tool, which uses Ajv and reports every failing path.
